Engr. Donato T. Pangilinan, a civil engineer from the University of the Philippines, a distinguished civic leader and a model father of nine started a local construction company in 1973 that burgeoned into the Lockwell Group of Companies, a prominent pioneer in the overseas manpower industry in the Philippines.
Through the company’s passionate team, its multi-skill advancement programs, efficient screening and deployment procedures and Pangilinan’s inspiring leadership, Lockwell has raised the standard in developing overseas workers with competence and character--surpassing international expectations worldwide.
